You fill out the short order form below or the extended brief available here.
I review the submitted form or brief.
After reviewing your request, I’ll get back to you to confirm whether I can take on the project. I’ll also provide a proposed timeline and a full quote. If anything is unclear, I may ask for additional details before proceeding with the pricing and accepting the job.
You accept the offer and timeline.
You receive an invoice for 50% of the total project cost.
Once the payment is received, I begin working on your project.
If needed, we can also sign a copyright transfer agreement at this stage.
Upon payment confirmation, I start the design work.
You’ll receive initial design drafts within the agreed timeframe.
You review and provide feedback.
The price includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at €60/hour.
The project is finalized.
Once you approve the final design, I’ll issue the invoice for the remaining balance.
After the final payment is received, the project is yours to use.
If needed, I can also provide the working/source files.
